These Terms govern your use of the Edustack website and learning platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Edustack.

1. Who We Are

Edustack is a people-first learning platform designed to deliver capability-based training through short, story-led modules. Our services are delivered via our website and our Learning Management System (LMS), currently hosted on LearnWorlds.

2. Your Responsibilities

When using Edustack, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.

  • Keep your login details secure and not share them with others.

  • Use the platform for lawful purposes only.

  • Not copy, reproduce, or resell Edustack content without permission.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Access to Edustack is priced at $6 per seat, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Optional add-ons, such as capability scorecards, are charged separately.

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Edustack does not store your full card details (see Privacy Policy).

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content, materials, and resources within Edustack are the property of Edustack unless otherwise stated.

  • You may use modules and materials for personal or organisational training purposes.

  • You may not copy, distribute, or sell Edustack content without written consent.

5. Service Availability

We work to ensure Edustack is available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. From time to time, services may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Edustack provides training designed to support capability development, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes for individuals or organisations. Our content is educational in nature and provided “as is.”

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Edustack is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

  • Our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us for access to the service.

8. Privacy and Data

Your use of Edustack is also governed by our [Privacy Policy], which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including data processed by LearnWorlds and Stripe.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Edustack if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform, or act unlawfully.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. If you access Edustack from outside New Zealand, you are responsible for complying with local laws.
